ABOUT THE MADIA TEAM

The Madia Team consists of brother and sister, Luke Madia and Sarah Madia. Luke and Sarah's parents are also real estate agents. Their father Frank is a well-respected custom home builder with nearly 30 years of construction experience. Needless to stay, both Luke and Sarah grew up learning about real estate and new construction.

 

The Madia Team works at RE/MAX Select Realty located in Wexford, PA. Luke and Sarah assist clients throughout the Pittsburgh area including but not limited to the City of Pittsburgh, Wexford, Gibsonia, Cranberry Twp., Adams Twp., Hampton, and the North Hills.

The Madia Team has years of multi-million dollar sales experience. The team has developed a progressive tech-savvy marketing package to assist clients with the sale of their homes. Luke and Sarah have completed courses in home staging and have earned their home staging licenses. Home staging helps your home present it's best features to potential buyers.

 

In addition, The Madia Team is a member of the RE/MAX referral network. They can assist you with locating a qualified agent in your location of the world.

Luke Madia's Bio:

Luke worked in construction as a teenager for Madia Homes and earned his real estate license as a senior in high school. He is very knowledgeable about the construction of homes. In addition, he has built and sold several spec homes in McCandless.

 

Luke is a graduate of Pine-Richland high school and received a business degree from Grove City College. He has had an active real estate license since 1999 and is currently working towards earning his broker's license.

 

Luke is a newlywed and is actively involved at his church. Luke enjoys attending Pittsburgh Penguin hockey games and trips to the beach.

Sarah Madia's Bio:

Sarah has always enjoyed design and architecture and earned a graphic design degree from San Diego State University. She has nearly ten years of experience creating advertising campaigns for clients such as Nestlé, Monster.com, Electrolux International and AOL/Time Warner. She brings her marketing savvy to the real estate market by creating dynamic campaigns for the Madia Team's clients.


Sarah is also a licensed REALTOR® and enjoys helping clients find their dream homes throughout the city. She enjoys reading DWELL magazine and learning about green construction projects in Pittsburgh. Sarah spends her free time visiting museums and cycling on the city's "Rails to Trails" bike trails.
