ABOUT THE MADIA TEAM

Brother and sister team, Luke and Sarah Madia, are uniquely qualified to help you with all of your real estate needs. We were raised in a family with a land development and construction background. We both currently work at Prudential Preferred Realty in the North Hills serving clients throughout the Pittsburgh area (including but not limited to City of Pittsburgh, Wexford, Gibsonia, Cranberry, Hampton, Beaver Falls, Ross, and the North Hills).

With our extensive construction industry connections, Luke’s years of multi-million dollar sales experience, and Sarah’s international marketing and advertising background, we have created a dynamic winning combination.

Luke Madia:
Luke grew up building homes with Madia Homes in the North Hills and is knowledgeable of all phases of the construction process. He is also a graduate of Pine-Richland high school and grew up in the Pittsburgh area.

 

Luke has a strong business background having graduated from Grove City College with a degree and business. He also has had an active real estate license since 1999. Whether you are buying your first home, selling your home, or building the home of your dreams, Luke has the multi-million dollar sales experience to assist you along the way.

Sarah Madia:
Sarah is also a real estate agent and the other half of the Madia Team. She has nearly 10 years of experience working in international design and advertising. Sarah’s extensive experience creating ad campaigns and websites will assist you in marketing your home.

Sarah graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in graphic design and has created ad campaigns and websites for Nestlé, Monster.com, Electrolux International and AOL/TimeWarner. She brings this marketing savvy to the real estate market by creating beautiful full color brochures, advertisements, and virtual tours.
